How does it work?
Y-Farm allows you to monitor crop trends directly from your smartphone, ensuring an increase in production and saving fundamental resources such as water and nutrients. Its mode of operation is based on 3 steps:
step1: Data acquisition
A network of sensors, appropriately distributed in the field, collects all the vital parameters of cultivation together with data from the external environment.
step2: Storage and analysis
This data is conveyed on a single cloud-based platform, then it is stored and crossed with other information previously loaded into it.
Y-Farm algorithms transform data into statistics, reports and practical advice on how and when to intervene, offering a detailed overview of the health status of the plants.

The Y-Sens multi-sensor unit allows the acquisition of the main agro-environmental parameters directly from the field:

Y-Sens is totally self sufficient, and it is equipped with a rechargeable battery via a small photovoltaic panel and a GPS geolocation system in order to have a geo-referenced position of the collected data.
